Christian Pinggera is a passionate host, winegrower, organic farmer and a true all-rounder in the Buschenschank. With a sense of quality, he focuses on fresh regional and seasonal products. Vegetables, fruit and herbs come from the farm and everything is guaranteed to be homemade.
The Alpine mountain world and the Mediterranean influence characterise both the wines and the South Tyrolean specialities. The repertoire is proudly presented in the Buschenschank: bacon dumplings, roasts and pastries, all home-made of course - and a good glass of wine is a must.
Buschenschank with a view - people like to linger here. With nettle dumplings, Schlutzkrapfen and various roasts, they remain true to the South Tyrolean line. Often there is no menu at all, as they cook whatever is in season and available on the farm. Very authentic.
An honestly good Buschenschank without frills and a popular excursion destination with a fantastic view from the sun terrace. Meat specialties come from our own production. With Brettljausen, dumplings or Schwarzplentener Riebl you can really enjoy yourself.

Since 2010, an in-house brewery has enriched the centuries-old farm and the Buschenschank. The hops and almost all the ingredients used in the kitchen come directly from the farm. On top: even homemade ice cream from the "Tschelattaria" enriches the modern concept. Rustic and cool.

The hosts focus on homemade food, with ingredients straight from the farm - from bread to meat. At the traditional Törggelen, people come together to enjoy home-grown wine and typical delicacies. The crispy stilton is delicious, but can only be ordered in advance.
You don't have to overdo it - the excellent products speak for themselves. Most of it comes directly from the farm and is either freshly processed or preserved. Regular blind tastings confirm the high quality - and they are rightly proud of it.
Bacon, meat and sausages - this is where South Tyrolean cuisine shows its meaty side. Veal shank with dumplings and cabbage is a guest favorite. Almost all products come directly from the farm, including juices, wines (Vernatsch), liqueurs and schnapps.

Where winegrowing has been a tradition for generations, the Gassner family lives on with passion. The former stable has been converted into a farmhouse parlour, and today you can enjoy and celebrate here with the best Buschenschank food. Farm produce and, of course, home-grown wine.
Vacations and Törggelen - a perfect combination. The family business is deeply rooted in the region, also in gastronomic terms. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes are prepared using produce from the farm. Schlutzer, Blattln and Krapfen are a must, complemented by a seasonal offer.
A rustic place with a great farmhouse ambience, where South Tyrolean cuisine enjoys every attention. A three-course menu is served in the evening, while during the day there are classic delicacies such as meat platters etc. Everything is homemade, seasonal - and the meat comes from the farm.
The Dorfmann family lives for its guests. The farm is characterised by the highest quality - thanks to the farm's own products: vegetables from the garden, meat from their own slaughter and eggs from happy hens. Soups, roasts and cold dishes are on the menu.
Very exemplary and therefore doubly tasty: vegetables, salads and herbs come from our own garden, goat and beef from our own livestock. The produce is always fresh and goes straight into the kitchen. All-time favourites are the dumplings - both savoury and sweet!
In the morning you will be spoiled with a farmer's breakfast on the farm - a real gourmet experience that leaves nothing to be desired. Freshly baked bread, Val Venosta cheese and sausage platters, homemade jams, eggs and fruit, all organic and straight from the farm.
