"Vegetarian Options" Street Food Restaurants in Stuttgart
You don't have to be a club member here, and you can also do without soya sauce. The vegan-oriented restaurant serves Vietnamese-inspired dishes such as the "Big Crunchy Role" with plant-based salmon or the rice noodle dish "Bun Tron". For dessert: sesame balls!
Even die-hard eaters will experience a flavourful wonder here. Classics such as spaetzle with lentils or snacks such as tomatoes with vegan mozzarella are just as tempting as breakfast. In the evening, things get even more ambitious with the "Dinner Experience".
Why vhy? Well, because you can eat vegan lunch here from Tuesday to Thursday, because the summer terrace offers flair and because the evening surprise menu (four flights at 49 euros) is a sign of creativity. Cool plant-based dishes are of course also available à la carte.
Champagne and a Vietnamese sandwich called Banh Mi: they go wonderfully well together, especially in the magnificent Eberhardhöfe. Vegan dishes play an extra-large role here, including currywurst and ramen. There is stand-up comedy on Sunday and Monday evenings.
For some, the name of the shop conjures up thoughts of "Gedöns", while others think of classic kebabs. None of them are right, because the store specialises exclusively in vegan snacks, including kebabs, köfte and fries. The baklava with pistachios is a big hit, while the range of drinks is rather limited.
Falafel, falafel and more falafel. At the vegetarian-vegan snack bar near Rotebühlplatz, you can have your chickpea balls flavoured in different ways. With hummus or spinach, with mustard or onion cream. The fresh juices enjoy cult status.
Vanessa Obi combines West African cuisine with German traditions and Stuttgart charm. How about red cabbage and yams, one of the changing lunch dishes? Whether homemade falafel or plantain burgers are preferable is up for debate at African Guinness.
As the name makes clear, juices play a leading role in this vegan restaurant. The smoothie with banana, spinach and ginger is not only on the shortlist for Stuttgart's No. 1 summer refreshment, but also the "Meatless Meatball Bowl" or "Bowl in a Roll" in a tortilla wrap.
