The cinnamon bun crumble brings coziness straight from the oven to your plate.

Ingredients
300 g Ripe peaches, pitted
2-3 tablespoon(s) Orange juice
1 Cinnamon bun from the day before (approx. 185g)
60 g Salted caramel butter (recipe p. 16 or ready-made product)
Butter for the mold
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Grease a shallow casserole or quiche dish. Cut the peaches into small cubes, mix with the orange juice and place in the baking dish. Pre-bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • In the meantime, cut the cinnamon bun into small cubes (like bread cubes) and knead with the salted caramel butter until crumbly. Spread over the pre-baked fruit, press down a little and bake in the oven for a further 15 minutes. Enjoy warm.
