Since our last visit, the quality has remained high, and we must say that the cuisine has improved slightly and the service is also more refined - overall, we are convinced that BISTRIC is on the rise. A modern restaurant with creative cuisine by Petr Gogáľ. The menu is based on seasonal and regional recipes processed with modern techniques. The main menu changes according to the seasons and is supplemented by a weekly special, which is also served on weekends, and the so-called Set menu, where fixed combinations of courses are proposed. The seasoning is excellent and maintains its quality, style and taste even in the permanent dishes that have been on the menu for a long time. In all three types of menus, the dishes are very well paired with suitable wines.
