On the nose, an intense bouquet with notes of dried apple, rhubarb and cassis, with hints of cocoa and floral nuances. A true explosion of flavour on the palate. Fresh, intense acidity paired with equally intense residual sweetness, with pineapple, citrus, apple and shortbread notes on the long, saline finish.
