A potpourri of dried herbs (dill), earthy notes like chantarelle mushrooms, a bit of juniper-like gin-vibe and generally a quite dry and musk-like aroma. Quite creamy mouthfeel; almost like an Espresso Martini with Robusta coffee, until the pepper kicks in. “Hot” and lasting character – “Try a Red Snapper with it”!
