Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

Tropical berries and kumquat are paired with juniper and some mesquite wood on the nose. Quite strong on the palate, the sweet ingredients are vivid, followed by chilli like spiciness and pepper. Complex finish.
