Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Very fresh with clear hints of bergamot and elderflower. Sweetish on the palate before a fine earthy bitter note emerges and counteracts the sweetness in an exciting way. Great for summer spritzes.
