Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Wonderfully fruity and fresh, with a perfectly captured aroma of lemon with a hint of lemon zest on the nose. The palate is powerful and aromatic. Despite its alcohol content it is pleasantly soft and balanced. The lemon unfolds all its ethereal power and fruitiness. Dry, with a lingering finish that is intense, ethereal, fruity and warming.
