On the nose, a complex bouquet with notes of prune, dried and confit dark forest berries, dark chocolate, fresh cherry, liquorice and cinnamon. The palate is full-bodied with grippy acidity that is nicely balanced by the residual sugar. Aromatic, profound and oscillating between fruity and Christmassy-spicy notes. Long finish.
