Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Fine sherry aromas on the nose with dried plums, a touch of coconut and pineapple leaves. Relatively sweet initial taste, then tart wood notes come through more strongly. Dry finish.
