Subtle sweetness of dried fruit emerges from the glass, followed by malty notes, vanilla and caramel. Fruity on the palate, slightly savoury-sweet and with a fine nuance of smoke in the middle section, which becomes somewhat more pronounced towards the finish. The warming finish is also characterised by malty sweetness, dried fruit and some savoury oak.
