Mediterranean herbs such as lavender, rosemary and thyme characterise the delicate aroma, which also has an ethereal freshness. The herbs from the bouquet dominate the palate, with a balanced sweetness forming the framework. A hint of vanilla, herbal and floral notes in the centre. Velvety, slightly citrusy and ethereal-herbal towards the end.
