Nice amber colour combines with all the hard spices you will need for you Christmas gingerbread: star-anise, cloves and cinnamon. Sweet smells of plum wine and Pineau de Charente makes you curious. The aromas continue the palate, enhanced by some oak-spice, which makes up most of the finish.
