Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Fruity, fresh and citrusy on the nose, with subtle floral notes alongside the juniper. Powerful and savoury on the palate. Fruity and ripe citrus notes are added in the mid-palate. The juniper is underpinned by subtle herbal and savoury notes. The finish has good length, flavour and freshness.
