Tasting from 20.11.2020: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, David Penker, Fryd Gerold, Roland Graf, Daniel Ulicny, Andreas Portz

The nose is subtle at first, then herbs, fresh grass and a little incense emerge. Hints of chamomile and fennel show on the palate, with a subtle juniper bitterness. Green tea and sage to the fore on the finish.
