Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

On the nose shows green baked apple, raisins and almonds. On the palate grapey and acidic, with bitter wormwood notes coming through. Textured finish that underlines the dry base notes.
