Fresh notes of aniseed, fennel and liquorice dominate the aroma, nuances of herbs and savouriness such as clove and cardamom are also noticeable, as are toffee and dried fruit. On the palate with strong aniseed and accompanying savouriness, mild body and fine savouriness in the middle section. The finish is sweet with plenty of liquorice.
