On the nose, a vinous character, with fruity notes of grape, apple and gooseberry emerging from the glass, accompanied by fresh herbs. There is a distinctive herbal bitterness on the palate, very dry, a lean body and a certain acidity and spiciness on the mid-palate. On the finish, subtle fruit, powerful notes of wormwood and the intense bitterness again.
