Quite a subtle nose with vinous notes and fine wormwood herb. Harmonious on the palate with a good balance of savouriness, bright fruit and tart herb, carried by a fine sweetness. The bitterness of the wormwood only unfolds its full power towards the finish, which is delicate and fruity.
