Monaco's gastronomic scene focuses on ultra-premium wines and international rarities. The wine lists feature cult wines as well as large-format bottles. The most exclusive wines probably come from Monaco itself, mainly red grape varieties such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are grown here on only around one hectare, with sustainability and biodynamics playing an important role.
