Falstaff Weinguide Schweiz 2024/25

The young winery Wine by JET focuses on terroir wines from Lake Zurich with a clear signature. The basis for this is strictly organic cultivation and restrained ageing of the wines. The oenologists behind the project are Jonas Ettlin and Brian Serr. Ettlin is responsible for the cellar while Serr looks after the cultivation of the vineyards. For both of them the character of the wines is the focus of their work and they spare no effort to achieve this.
