Falstaff Wine Guide Germany 2025

Before the two siblings Eva and Christian joined the family winery in 2017, their mother had still been producing grapes there, but had given up winegrowing. With experience from Bordeaux, Portugal and New Zealand, the two dared to make a new start. The winery has a treasure: old Riesling vines in excellent steep vineyards in Mehringen. Eva and Christian renovated the estate building and cellar and built a vinotheque with a panoramic view of the Moselle. Their extremely successful collection proves how right they were with their new start.
