Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2026

The 2020 vintage was the fulfilment of passionate young winemaker Michael's dream of owning his own winery. He is particularly passionate about Burgundy varieties, which inspire with their youthfulness and vibrancy. 90 per cent Pinot Noir and 10 per cent Pinot Blanc form the basis for the estate's unique wines. Filters and unnecessary fining agents are deliberately avoided in order to bring the character of the vineyards unadulterated into the bottle. The aim is to create wines that are fresh and powerful and at the same time embody timeless elegance.
