Fresh, fruity-balsamic bouquet with notes of sour cherry, plum, raspberry and liquorice. Hints of chili and cocoa as well as a cool spiciness. Comparatively slender and elegant on the palate, carrying acidity, dark and red berryish fruit and subtle roasted notes. Fine-grained tannin, long finish.
