Medium, delicately cloudy copper orange colour with a broad rim. Nuances of dried plums, dried figs, nutty aromas, candied orange zest and dried apricot. Medium complexity, smoky and spicy umami nuances, fine acidity, mineral, lemony touch on the finish, a balanced dry style with a salty aftertaste.
