Dark, bright copper gold. Mature bouquet of wild strawberry, black currant, elderberry, some juniper, Earl grey tea and brioche. Delicate ripe notes are repeated on the palate and combine silky phenolics, juicy acidity with a mineral underpinning on the full-bodied palate. Great mature sparkling with a lot of lustre!
