Tasting Notes

Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Hints of dark bread crust, ripe pear and some apricot on the nose, with a subtle flinty aftertaste. Smooth notion on the palate with fine-grained mousse, pear again, opens up with gentle drive, unfortunately finishes bitter.
