Tasting Notes

Tasting from 15.02.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Strikingly aromatic with sour cherry immediately apparent, also some blackberry, plum and smoke, with a spicy background. All in all clear and attractive. Grippy tannins are notable on the palate, the lively acidity providing freshness, ripe red fruited with cherry shining through, also some thyme. Grippy yet accessible with good length, this is a fun wine.
