It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Spätburgunder from the region Franconia in Germany.
Very finely woven aromas of brioche and a hint of wood, with white flowers and hay too. There's a very fine mousse on the palate, as well as a clear salinity and a spiced, slightly savoury background. Finishes strongly, with a mineral edge.
