It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Pastel pink in colour. The nose is still very yeasty, but hints at ripe grapes, strawberry and quince fruit too. There is also a suggestion of pepper lurking in the background. In the mouth there's fullness, a mild, rounding mousse, a pinch of phenolics and a harmonious finish.
