The fruit aromas develop and change over time, primarily, notes of cooked apricot, dried apricot and ripe mango, alternating with herbal notes and spicy nuances, then the addition of citrus peel and semi-dried berries. Silky, savoury and quite firm on the palate, with warming alcohol and intense acidity. A long, fresh and vibrant finish.
