Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.02.2022: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Fine roasted aromas, nuances of caramel, tobacco spice, black cherries and ripe plums, a hint of undergrowth. Medium complexity, blackberry confit, somewhat brittle tannins, chocolate nuances on the aftertaste, salty finish, still lacking some length.
