The red wine Barolo DOCG Ravera, vintage 2020 from the winery G.D. Vajra has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Intense, brilliant garnet red with a fine shimmer. Very clear and dense, with notes of ripe wild raspberries, some blackberries, roses and a little tar in the background. Polished and juicy at the start and on the palate, with fine-meshed tannins in many layers, still a little rough on the finish.
