Tasting from 24.03.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Apple, hazelnut, pear on the nose, with some herbal spice. Bright fruit on the palate, apple again, some quince, restrained acidity, harmoniously balanced, medium structure and length, nice for the first days of spring.
