Clear, fresh aroma of apple, peach, almond paste, subtle smoke and fine vanilla, as well as subtle herbaceousness following aeration, fine. Smooth on the palate with fine, ripe acidity, lots of tension and drive, citrus fruit, grapefruit, smooth and clear, some vanilla, densely woven, long.
