Tasting from 04.10.2024: Peter Moser

Dark ruby in colour. A youthful, fresh fruit streams from the glass: raspberry, elderberry pulp and plum, also cinnamon and semi-bitter chocolate. In the mouth, a fine-grained, dense tannin fills a creamy, viscous base. The alcohol is well integrated, the ripe acidity effortlessly carries the body in combination with the phenolics. A wine that should mature for at least five years, probably longer.
