Tasting from 04.10.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant ruby red colour with a brightening rim. Delicate aroma of raspberries and cranberries on the nose, with cedar wood and sweet savouriness in the background. Taut and savoury on the palate, with grippy tannins that have a slightly drying effect on the finish.
