Tasting Notes
Delicately savoury and with clear fruit on the nose, raspberries, sour cherries, red currants, ivy, undergrowth, subtle black pepper. Light-footed and lively on the palate, it prances along the palate, fruit with fine sweetness balanced by savouriness, to drink slightly chilled on its own or accompaniment to a snack or Tyrolean Brettljause.
