Tasting Notes
Delicate, slightly cloudy salmon pink with silver reflections and a fine mousse. A hint of currant and strawberry jam mingles with floral aromas in the inviting bouquet. The palate is silky and elegant, majoring on white peach and some melon backed by a fine acidity. Finishes fruity-mineral, having put on a show.
