Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Bright cherry red with a brightening rim and a persistent head. Very inviting aroma on the nose, cherries, almond flakes, potpourri of violets and rose petals, minimal earthy notes in the finish that lend complexity. Excellently integrated mousse, juicy cherry fruit, light-footed yet complex, lingers for a long time, contemporary drinking pleasure.
