Bright, intense straw yellow with delicate golden highlights. Opens on the nose with subtle hints of precious wood, clarified butter, along with a touch of cold smoke, candied citrus, and crisp golden apple. On the palate, it offers rich, full-bodied flavors of yellow apple, along with a slightly stony texture and a hint of saltiness; the finish is currently a bit veiled but will come together nicely.
