Tasting from 01.07.2025: Ulrich Sautter

With a subtle yeasty flavour at first, apple peel, green pears, white peach, lime zest, fresh almond slivers. Juicy on the palate, texture on the palate with a fine acidity, fresh fruit, carried by a subtle sweetness and accompanied by savouriness, which intensifies on the finish.
