Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Initially, the nose is dominated by new wood, coconut, cinnamon and blond caramel. Then also concentrated dark berries, elderberry juice and blackberry confit. Powerful in the mouth, but also structured, ripe, with full-bodied tannins, vital acidity and a juicy palate. Fruit leads into the intense fruity finish. The alcohol seems well integrated.
