Concentrated aromatics on the nose with notes of blackberry, sour cherry and raspberry. Hints of liquorice, graphite and sweet tobacco are also present, as well as some smoky notes. It is powerful and elegant on the palate, with fleshy, beautiful dark berry fruit, subtle savouriness, velvety, flattering tannins, and a long finish.
