At first - raisins, dark and sticky with warmth, followed by the dusky sweetness of dewberry and a soft breath of earth that grounds everything. There’s a faint spritz at the edges, a little lift that keeps the fruit from sinking too djupt. A pleasant but unmistakable tea‑bitterness threads through the middle, giving shape to the darker tones of blackcurrant, while ginger and pepper flicker in and out like sparks from a struck match.
