Tasting from 21.11.2019: Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog

Light yellow gold, brass reflections. Delicate smoky herbal savouriness, ripe apple, underpinned with a hint of cherries, white flowers, delicate honey touch in the background. Juicy, sweet yellow tropical fruit, some cumin, blood oranges, good complexity, honey also in the finish, shows balance and length.
