Tasting from 26.03.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby red colour. Intense nose with notes of light and dark fruits such as plum, raspberry and blueberry, plus toasty nuances of bread crust. Sweet on the palate with a beautiful elegance and fresh fruit. Peppery nuances with a noticeable astringency on the medium-long finish.
