Tasting from 01.08.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with olive green reflections. A memorable nose of candied lemon zest, ripe pears, hay, camomile and a hint of elderflower. Juicy, clear on the palate, with a beautiful salinity and clear fruit, lingers considerably.
