Tasting from 01.01.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a brightening rim. Initially spicy on the nose, then clearly reminiscent of raspberry jam, precious wood, grated poppy seeds, violets and dried rose petals. On the palate with plenty of sweetness and fruit sweetness, supple tannins and a very spicy mid-palate, on chocolatey aromas, also slightly of jam, correct.
